Biography: Rivka Sachdev, MD graduated from Mount Sinai Medical School in New York City. She completed her internal medicine internship at SUNY Downstate and her neurology residency training at Tufts Medical Center in Boston. She then completed a fellowship in Movement Disorders at Beth Israel Medical Center in New York City. She remained at Mount Sinai Beth Israel as an attending in Movement Disorders and General Neurology for 9 years, during which time she developed expertise in botulinum toxin chemodenervation therapy for various neurological disorders. Conditions she treats using botulinum toxin include cervical and limb dystonia, blepharospasm and oromandibular dystonia, hemifacial spasm and facial synkinesis, tremor disorders, hypersecretory disorders (including sialorrhea and hyperhidrosis), motor tic disorders, spasticity, and chronic migraine. She joined the neurology faculty at Weill Cornell Medicine in July of 2019 and sees patients at the Lower Manhattan Campus.

Biography: Yevgeny Azrieli, MD is an Assistant Professor of Neurology at Weill Cornell Medical College and an Assistant Attending Neurologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell. He is experienced in providing consultation to patients with a variety of general neurological conditions.Dr. Azrieli received his medical degree from Mount Sinai School of Medicine. He completed an internship in Internal Medicine at New York Hospital and a residency in Neurology at Mount Sinai Hospital, where he served as Chief Resident. He then completed a fellowship in Electromyography and Neuromuscular Disease at Columbia Presbyterian Medical Center.He is board certified in Psychiatry and Neurology, as well as Electrodiagnostic Medicine, and is a member of the American Academy of Neurology (AAN) and the American Association of Neuromuscular and Electrodiagnostic Medicine (AANEM). Biography: Alina Masters-Israilov completed her undergraduate studies at the Macaulay Honors College at Hunter College in New York. She then attended medical school at SUNY Downstate College of Medicine in Brooklyn where she also completed her intern year in internal medicine. She finished her neurology residency and served as chief resident at the Albert Einstein/Montefiore Medical Center in the Bronx. She then joined the Montefiore Headache Center to pursue her headache and facial pain fellowship, before joining as an Assistant Professor of Clinical Neurology at Weill Cornell Medical College. She is the associate director for the neurology clerkship and the director for the headache elective for WCM medical students. She is a member of the American Academy of Neurology and of the American Headache Society, where she was recently awarded the "Frontiers in Headache Research" scholarship award for her research on the onabotulinumtoxinA wear-off phenomenon in chronic migraine.

Biography: Matthew D. Nguyen, MD, is a board certified fellowship trained ophthalmologist with an interest in cataract surgery, corneal transplant surgery including Descemet's membrane endothelial keratoplasty (DMEK) and Descemet's stripping endothelial keratoplasty (DSEK), refractive surgery, anterior segment surgery, and general ophthalmologic practice. He provides comprehensive eye exams for corneal conditions, cataracts, diabetes, dry eye, glaucoma, and macular degeneration. He is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Weill Cornell Medicine and Assistant Attending Ophthalmologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine.Dr. Nguyen was born in Virginia and grew up in New York and New Jersey. He graduated from Columbia University in New York with a BA in Neuroscience and Behavior. He remained in New York for his MD at Columbia University's College of Physicians and Surgeons, where he was awarded the Behrens Memorial Prize in Ophthalmology. He received his ophthalmology residency training at New York-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, where he was given the Distinguished Housestaff Award. Following residency, he completed a cornea fellowship at Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia. Biography: Dr. Kimberly Sippel attended Harvard College in Cambridge, Massachusetts, graduating with honors in Biochemical Sciences. She received her medical degree with the Alpha Omega Alpha honor distinction from the Columbia University College of Physicians & Surgeons in New York City. Following two years of training in general surgery at the Massachusetts General Hospital, Dr. Sippel completed ophthalmology residency training at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, Harvard Medical School. She then completed the fellowship program in Cornea and External Disease at the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary, and is a recipient of both a Heed Foundation fellowship, as well as the American Ophthalmological Society Knapp Foundation fellowship award.Dr. Sippel also pursued several years of vision-related laboratory investigation as a Research Fellow at both the Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary and the Schepens Eye Research Institute in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Sippel is a diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology.Dr. Sippel is an Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at the Weill CornellMedicine and the NewYork Presbyterian Hospital. Prior to joining the Weill Cornell faculty, Dr. Sippel was with Cornea Consultants of Boston/ Laser Eye Consultants of Boston and had an active teaching role at Massachusetts Eye & Ear Infirmary. Her interests include laser vision correction surgery, corneal transplantation and cataract surgery, corneal disease and dry eye, and conjunctival tumors.Kimberly C. Biography: After graduating magna cum laude from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a Bachelor of Science in biochemistry/biophysics, Dr. Haqqie graduated from Albany Medical College cum laude. She was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alphahonor society her junior year of medical college. She completed her residencyat Albany Medical College where she was selected to serve as chief resident in her final year and was awarded the Robert Reinecke research award. Dr. Haqqie then went on to complete her fellowship in cornea, cataract, and refractive surgery at Weill Cornell Medical College in New York, New York.Dr. Haqqie was previously the assistant director of the Wills Eye Hospital Emergency Department. During her time at Wills Eye Hospital, she was the recipient of the Residency Advocacy Award in 2021 and 2023. She also received the Exemplary Teacher Award from the national organization, Real World Ophthalmology. Dr. Haqqie has been recognized as a gifted educator and has astrong interest in teaching the next generation of ophthalmologists.Dr. Haqqie is author and co-author of numerous journal articles and national presentations. Her areas of clinical and research interest include ocularsurface disease, cataract surgery, and ocular emergencies.Dr. Haqqie is a diplomat of the American Board of Ophthalmology and a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgeons, and is an active member of various professional societies. Biography: Dr. Piracha completed his undergraduate degree with honors at Boston University and earned his medical degree from Chicago Medical School. He completed his internship and anesthesiology residency training at NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell Medical Center, then went on to complete the NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital Tri-Institute Pain Fellowship.

Biography: Dr. Grace Sun is the Director of the Ophthalmology Clinical Practice at Weill Cornell Medicine - Lower Manhattan, an Associate Attending Ophthalmologist at Weill Cornell Medicine and Assistant Attending Ophthalmologist at New York-Presbyterian Hospital/Weill Cornell Medicine.Dr. Sun graduated from Stanford University, with Honors. She later received her M.D. from Weill Medical College of Cornell University, where she was awarded the Edward Norton Prize in Ophthalmology. She completed her ophthalmology residency at the New York-Presbyterian Hospital/ Weill Medical College of Cornell University.Dr. Sun serves as president of the New York State Ophthalmological Society (NYSOS) and is President-Elect of Women in Ophthalmology (WIO). Dr. Sun has also been named one of "New York Super Doctors Rising Stars" by the New York Times Magazine and as Castle Connolly's Top Doctors in the New York Metro Area.Dr. Sun has a strong interest in global health. She served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Nicaragua from 1999-2001.
