We forget that every patient is uniquely different, not just medically but in other ways as well: education, language, cultural beliefs, religious belief. I don't think we can succeed unless we understand the role of these factors in patients&rsquo medical conditions. I try to educate all my patients enough so that they can participate in making decisions about their care. I earned a Bachelor&rsquos of Medicine and Surgery from the Government Medical College in Surat, India and completed a residency in the Department of Internal Medicine at St. Luke&rsquos University Health Network. I am a co-author of several publications and presentations, and I have completed research and quality improvement projects in the areas of nutrition and improving mammogram improvement rates. I am certified in basic life support (BLS) and advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) and I am board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Outside of work, I like to cook, try new recipes and spend time with my three boys.

Biography: Next to being a husband and father of 2 beautiful girls ages 6 years and 7 months, Dr. Subramanian has no greater calling than that of being a physician. He chose to specialize in internal medicine because he loves the opportunity to provide quality, compassionate care to his patients. He loves developing long-term relationships. His services include: annual health exams and physicals, managing chronic medical conditions, such as diabetes, hypertension, coronary artery disease and high cholesterol. He was born and raised in India, and earned his medical degree at JSS Medical College, University of Mysore in Mysore, India. He completed his internal medicine residency at Case Western Reserve University in Cleveland, Ohio. Upon completion of medical training, he spent 13 years working as an internal medicine physician and teaching internal medicine residents at a hospital in Cleveland, Ohio. He currently lives in Aledo, and enjoys watching the Dallas Cowboys, cooling off from the Texas heat in the swimming pool, and traveling with his family.

Biography: Dawn P. Nevle, M.D. is an internal medicine specialist in Spring, TX with Windrose Family Medicine. She specializes in Internal Medicine providing comprehensive primary care for men and women-serving teens through seniors.Dr. Nevle grew up in Sugar Land and attended Houston Baptist University where she earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Chemistry -Cum Laude. Dr. Nevle then obtained her medical degree and completed her residency training in Internal Medicine at Texas Tech School of Medicine in Lubbock, Texas where she was the Resident of the Year. Biography: Farhan F. Lalani, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at Dallas Medical Specialists located on the campus of Medical City Dallas.Dr. Lalani is passionate about longevity, preventative, and lifestyle medicine. In addition to being board-certified in Internal Medicine, he is also a board-certified Clinical Hypertension Specialist by the American Society of Hypertension as well as in Critical Care Ultrasonography by The American College of Chest Physicians. He teaches point-of-care ultrasonography for the Society of Hospital Medicine and is course co-director of a national ultrasound conference. He is currently pursuing board-certification in Lifestyle Medicine from the American College of Lifestyle Medicine.Dr. Lalani is a native Texan, from Houston, and received his medical degree from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center. He completed his internal medicine residency training at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. Dr. Lalani then went to work at Intermountain Healthcare in Utah, University of California in San Francisco and UT Southwestern in Dallas.
